Moment of Prayer – Nov 18, 2015

We talk a lot about the terrible things going on in these perilous times, and we’re all on information overload. I for one am guilty of neglecting to apply prayer often enough. It occurred to me what an impact we would have if we all stopped, even for just a moment, and prayed. After some prayer of my own I decided to start a “Moment of Prayer” on the site, highlighting a current event and the people involved/affected by it. If you’d like to join in, I’m asking that you take just 15 – 30 seconds to pray over these things, inviting God to intervene as only He can. Of course you are welcome to take more time, but the intent is to make it something everyone is able to do no matter where they happen to be.

Moment of Prayer for Nov 18, 2015:

Please pray right now (15-30 seconds) for the families and loved ones of those affected by the Paris bombings and for the battle being waged in the heavenlies there.

“Be anxious for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God.” Philippians 4:6

If you have a suggested topic of prayer, please send me a note through the contact link. Thanks, and God bless you!
