At the start of the video he makes a great point: if you roll your window down at a checkpoint, cops can claim to “smell” marijuana or other illegal drugs, and if you talk, they can claim that your speech is “slurred.”

They do this in an attempt gain justification to search your vehicle.

Photography is not a crime activist Jeff Gray has been doing civil rights audits for quite some time now, but I have to say this is probably the best one I have ever seen, and Jeff doesn’t even roll his window down to allow the police to talk with him, and he just rolls right through the Nazis checkpoint. This is so simple that anyone can do this, and should start doing this. I believe we have found a way to shut there unconstitutional check points down. The looks on these Nazis faces are precious,lol.
