During my NDE the thing that struck me the most powerfully was the immense, immeasurable love of God. I saw it as it truly is; the most precious and important thing in all the world. I would have done anything to know more of that love, and my resistance at coming back to the earthly realm was completely about not wanting to be away from it. This love is the foundation of the Christian life.
