I have seen these things myself, on almost a regular basis for years, some days worse than others, but I haven’t been able to get a good video of it like this. I do not think they’re an unintentional byproduct like the creator of this video does, though and I don’t think chemtrails are only being used to control the weather. Still, this is good video footage of a phenomenon that is real.
