when the Son of man comes, will he find faith on the earth? (Lk 18:8)
Whether it’s mysticism infiltrating Christianity, mystical occult practice, or mysticism disguised as technology, the lie is always the same; that man can overcome death through the hubris of madmen or by “ascending” to greater spiritual heights through religious practice. And with every deception he buys, man becomes more enslaved.
It is for freedom that Christ has set us free. Stand firm, then, and do not be encumbered once more by a yoke of slavery. (Gal 5:1)
The one thing that they so tellingly insist has to be done away with is the only actual hope of life beyond this world; the simple all-powerful gospel of Jesus Christ, God’s plan to restore humanity to Himself.
It is finished (Jn 19:30)
It can’t be added to. It can’t be bypassed. There is no other way.
