Do You Know What’s Happening in Melbourne?

Her smile fell, giving way to a somber look of disbelief. “Do you know what’s happening in Melbourne?”

My new friend in Australia (Lee) and I were getting acquainted on Zoom. We talked about how we’d come to know Jesus, key moments in our lives where He had miraculously seen us through. We talked about our heartbreak over how false teachings were running rampant in the church. It was when I naively asked whether or not she still attended church or what she did for fellowship that she stopped short.

What she told me then trumps all the evidences I’ve posted exposing the lockdown for the totalitarian takeover that it truly is.

Do you know what’s happening in Melbourne?

I’d heard rumors, but it’s quite another thing to hear your new friend share what her daily reality has become.

“The churches are closed. All the businesses are closed except grocery stores and gas stations.” She began. “The streets are patrolled by police. We are allowed out of our homes just one hour per day for exercise or shopping, which we must do alone.”

She held up one finger.

“We have an 8pm curfew. All travel is restricted to within 5km of our homes. If we’re caught breaking that rule, we are fined $1,600 pounds. If you’re pulled over, the police demand you to get out of the car. Some have rebelled at that, telling the police it’s not the law, but they are forcibly dragged from their cars. There is no law. We have no rights.”

“If we were caught meeting with others for fellowship we would be arrested.”

I knew that Lee ran an online ministry from her home, sharing the gospel and counselling people who’ve come to Jesus out of the New Age. I didn’t fully appreciate the conditions she was working under.

Youtube videos you’ve likely seen about what’s happening in Melbourne are not an exaggeration.

Australia is said by many to be a testing-ground-of-sorts for plans that the “elite” hope to implement worldwide. By way of example;

Remember the Australia fires.

Look at the American west coast.

When I look at the US west coast fire map, it’s incredulous to me how many believe that global warming is the culprit. How is it that global warming is only affecting the US west coast? How is it that global warming has drawn tidy borderlines at Canada and Mexico? But they won’t even look at that map. They’ll proudly tell you that global warming is “science” and that they have no tolerance for anyone who is so uneducated as not to believe it. They’ll tell you you’re a conspiracy theorist. You think too much.

But they don’t think at all anymore. Society has become so demoralized that you could sell them an alien savior with a side of fries without anyone skipping a beat.

Father!

My thoughts turn to my own children and grandchildren on the other side of the country. How long will I be able to visit them if this loosing of evil continues to escalate unchecked?

So many questions about the prophesies on the pages of my Bible. I mentally try to fit them together like pieces of an immense jigsaw puzzle to get my bearings. Where are we? What can we expect to happen next? How should we prepare?

But prophecy wasn’t written as a road map to tell the future. Date setters always make that mistake. Prophecy is spiritual, and that means that it’s outside of time and space. That’s why we see multiple fulfillments, seeming layers and degrees of fulfillments – a wave here, a trace there – and even though few who would disagree that we are in the midst of what’s described as the great deception and tribulation directly preceding His return, prophesy is never fully quantifiable. It’s like I describe in my book, how I was trying to understand the mechanics of where I was during my NDE (heaven one, two or three?). My dear friend, retired professor emeritus at Multnomah University, David Needham said it all when he wrote two words and a question mark in answer to my question:

“spiritual mechanics?”

And dear believer, it is not ours to bring His kingdom into this broken world through corporate repentance and what amounts to a mass invocation, or through political (physical/natural) action! No man can save us from what is coming upon this world. But our life purpose is not to save our own skin, it is to glorify God! This is what prophecy was written for; to glorify God and affirm His Holy Word.

These truths can seem like platitudes when we’re looking into the eyes of our sweet child or grandchild.

I know.

How do we walk out our faith in these terrible days?

This is where cultural churchianity has left us so tragically ill equipped. Offering no education on the devices of our enemy as he operates through the occult, with a focus ever on the natural, ever on our earthly comfort and needs, ever on building us up in our own eyes; “being our best” “living our best life now.” “Your kingdom come, Your will be done” has been replaced with learning how to pray just right, tithe just right, fast just right, confess all our sins just right, do all the right things and use all the right words to appease the great Santa Claus in the sky so He will grant us our wishes in this world.

But His kingdom is not of this world! (Jn 18:36)

How, then shall we live as this world comes down around us?

Our Lord’s words to His disciples just before His death could not be more relevant to us today.

“Let not your hearts be troubled. Believe in God; believe also in me. 2 In my Father’s house are many rooms. If it were not so, would I have told you that I go to prepare a place for you? 3 And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and will take you to myself, that where I am you may be also. … I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. … From now on you do know him and have seen him.” (John 14:1-4,6b,9b)

And as we hold onto that hope in this godless world, we are to manifest His holiness like diamonds receiving and emanating His light, truth and hope

“Therefore, preparing your minds for action, and being sober-minded, set your hope fully on the grace that will be brought to you at the revelation of Jesus Christ. As obedient children, do not be conformed to the passions of your former ignorance, but as he who called you is holy, you also be holy in all your conduct, since it is written,

‘You shall be holy, for I am holy.’

And if you call on him as Father who judges impartially according to each one’s deeds, conduct yourselves with fear throughout the time of your exile, knowing that you were ransomed from the futile ways inherited from your forefathers, not with perishable things such as silver or gold, but with the precious blood of Christ, like that of a lamb without blemish or spot. He was foreknown before the foundation of the world but was made manifest in the last times for the sake of you who through him are believers in God, who raised him from the dead and gave him glory, so that your faith and hope are in God.

Having purified your souls by your obedience to the truth for a sincere brotherly love, love one another earnestly from a pure heart, since you have been born again, not of perishable seed but of imperishable, through the living and abiding word of God; for

‘All flesh is like grass

and all its glory like the flower of grass.

The grass withers,

    and the flower falls,

but the word of the Lord remains forever.”

And this word is the good news that was preached to you.'”

Dear friends, Our God is King! He is sovereign, and He has not lost control of this world! (Psalm 47)

Our natural eyes see the wicked flourishing and abounding in success right now. We need to know that God understands how discouraging that can be. (Psalm 73)

More than ever, we need to be in His Word and keep God’s divine perspective. We need to live supernaturally, walk by faith;

“looking to Jesus, the founder and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is seated at the right hand of the throne of God.” (Heb 12:2)

I have yet to meet the person with all the answers in the current mayhem. But I know this: The throne of God is in heaven above! That is where our savior is seated, and that is where our true citizenship is!

“Beloved, comfort one another with these words.” (1 Thess 4:18)
